1) Warehousing

2) Storage
The materials that need to be stored will be classified into three categories based on the calculation and judgment of the previous big data. The system storage location planning will also be designed based on ABC. Each floor will directly face the cargo space on the sub road of the box elevator, and is defined as a Class A material storage area. The surrounding area is a Class B material storage area, and the other areas are Class C material storage areas. In the Class A material storage area, due to the direct alignment of the box elevator, the box type four-way shuttle does not need to switch to the main track mode when picking up and placing this type of material turnover box, which greatly improves the time for acceleration, deceleration, and switching between sub main tracks, making it more efficient.
3) Picking
◇ After receiving an order from ERP, the WMS system will automatically generate a picking batch, calculate the required materials, and generate a material turnover box for outbound tasks based on the storage unit where the materials are located;
◇ The material turnover box will be transferred to the picking station after passing through the box type four-way shuttle car, box elevator, and conveyor line;
◇ In the rack of a box type four-way shuttle truck, a picking station has multiple material turnover bins for staff to take turns picking, so that staff no longer need to wait for turnover bins;
◇ In the box type four-way shuttle system, there is also equipped with a WMS software client display screen to prompt the information of the goods grid and materials where the materials are located. At the same time, the light on the top of the picking table illuminates the goods grid to be picked, sending instructions to the staff. This working mode also improves the picking efficiency of the staff;
◇ When multiple order boxes are equipped, there are button lights on their corresponding positions to remind the staff to throw materials into the order box with the lights on, to achieve foolproof and reduce errors.
4) Order box delivery
After picking the order box, the system will automatically transfer it to the warehouse transportation line. After scanning the barcode of the turnover box through the PDA, the system will automatically print the packing list and order information, providing a basis for subsequent collection, packing, and review. After merging small order materials with other large order materials, they are promptly shipped to customers.
